After Each Dab:

1.Let the quartz cool down.

2. Use a cotton swab dipped in water or isopropyl alcohol to clean the surface of the nail.

3. Use a dry cotton swab to finish cleaning the nail.

Do not use alcohol to clean your terp pearls while they are hot or warm. Either use a dry cotton swab and residual heat to clean the terp pearls or soak them in alcohol when they are at room temperature. 

Don't apply a direct flame to your terp pearls or it will cause shock and crack the pearls

Every so often you will need to soak your nail in isopropyl alcohol to completely clean the quartz.

Wholesale orders take 4-7 days to sort, inspect and prepare for shipment.

Accurate shipping quotes will be sent to you with options for air & sea freight.

After the shipping invoice is paid, orders are sent directly to your store with tracking provided.

Any broken, cracked, for otherwise incorrect pieces will be replaced on subsequent orders.

Orders should be expected to take 3-7 weeks from placement or order until delivery.

Funds are held in a separate bank account until all product is delivered & accounted for.
